Refund policy

Life Coaching, Tarot Readings & Energy Work

All life coaching sessions, tarot readings (live or email), and energy work services are non-refundable once the service has been provided. My time, preparation, and energy are invested in each session to ensure you receive the highest quality experience.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

  • Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and will not be refunded.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your session may need to be canceled and will not be refunded.

Email Tarot Readings

  • All email tarot readings are non-refundable once delivered. Please ensure your questions are clear when booking so I can provide the most accurate and helpful guidance possible.

Discovery Calls

  • Discovery calls are complimentary and require no payment. If you are unable to attend, please notify me as soon as possible so the time can be offered to someone else. Repeated no-shows or missed discovery calls without communication may result in being unable to book in the future

No-Show Policy

  • Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior communication will be considered a no-show and will not receive a refund.

Special Circumstances

  • I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected situation that prevents you from attending your session, please email me at Evolvingsoule@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we can discuss options to reschedule.

Merchandise & Physical Products (Tarot Decks, Apparel, etc.)

  • All merchandise and physical product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for changed minds, personal preferences, dissatisfaction, or opened/used items.
  • Orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and documented prior to shipment when fulfilled directly by Evolving Soul Healing and Wellness. Tracking information is provided for all orders. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at Evolvingsoule@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging for review. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or store credit. If a replacement is approved, the original item may be required to be returned before a replacement is shipped.
  • Some merchandise items may be fulfilled and shipped through a third-party production partner. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product.
