One Hour Coaching Session

Each coaching session is client-led and designed to meet you where you are. As a coach, I’m not here to tell you what to do, but to guide, support, and help you uncover your own answers. Sessions are one hour and may include gentle energy work. You’ll also have the option to pull a tarot card at the end for added insight.

Please note: A complimentary discovery call is required before booking your first coaching session. This call allows us to get to know each other, discuss what you hope to gain from coaching, and see if we’re the right fit to work together.
