One Hour Coaching Session

Each session is client-led and designed to meet you where you are. Got something on your mind? Need someone to talk to? Looking for a safe space to process what’s been weighing on you? Whatever brings you here, this time is yours. I’m here to listen, support you, and help you work through things at your own pace. Sessions are one hour and may include gentle energy work. You’ll also have the option to pull a tarot card at the end for a little extra insight.
